Store Communication Refresh
We partnered with FedEx Office to design a cohesive set of in-store materials that improved both customer experience and day-to-day operations. This included clear, easy-to-navigate signage and labels, along with streamlined forms that helped employees work more efficiently. We also created business cards that made it simple for customers to get in touch with the store or reach customer support when they needed it.
